I am tried to use the proxies but I cannot. I make these steps:
1-Tools
2-Internet options
3-conections
4- LAN settings
5- Click to : use a proxy for YOUR sever LAN
6- Address:216.194.70.3 Port: 8118 for example for 216.194.70.3 8118 indetectable United States.
7-ok
But It but it don´t work, with203.178.133.03 3128 indetectable Japan for example yes work.
My Ip is dynamic and automatical if I don´t use the proxy server LAN.
Could somebody help me.
